Care Options at Autumn House East Senior Living

At Autumn House East Senior Living, we provide our residents with a calendar of programs, activities, and social events. Your loved one can choose their favorites and enjoy their time with community friends.

Independent Living

As an Independent Living resident, you get the ability to live on your own while receiving some help with more difficult things, like driving or connecting with your peers through various social events and gatherings.

Personal Care

Residents in our Personal Care level are able to receive the care they need from time-to-time while still being able to maintain their need for independence. Those in our Personal Care program will be assisted with chores such as laundry, cooking, housekeeping, medication, and more.

Memory Care

As a resident of Autumn House East Senior Living, your loved one will benefit from our nurturing, engaging, and secure environment. Residents are supported by our experienced and highly-trained team of caregivers. Our Memory Care program offers specialized care tailored for those with dementia, including 2 hours of daily nursing care and activities designed for their unique needs
